Refund of fee: a 10% administrative charge will be applied to cancellations up to August 15. From August 16, no refund will be given (including cancellation of registration & social event). Name changes are requested before August 25. Noshows at the congress will be charged the full fee. Refunds will be processed after the congress by end of December 2016. A one night deposit is needed upon booking to confirm any hotel reservation. The whole stay has to be paid before August 16 to avoid cancellation of unpaid nights. City tax is not included in the room rates and will have to paid directly to the hotel.


NB: Group cancellation policy supersedes general cancellation policy. Group reservation applies to more than one
participant

GROUP BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

A one night deposit per room booked must be paid upon booking to secure your reservations.
The balance is due one month before the congress at the very latest to avoid the cancellation of the unpaid nights.
Any cancellation or modification must be notified in writing to divine id.A 10% administrative charge will be applied to any refund proceeded until 45 days before the event. No refund will be given past 45 days before the event.
Hotel reservation partial cancellation: a maximum of 20% of the stays per night can be cancelled up to 45 days before the event.
Registration partial cancellation: a maximum of 20% of the total badges can be cancelled up to 45 days before the event.
Cancellation of all registrations and hotel reservations is possible up to 90 days before the event, a 10% fee will be applied.
The rooming list must be sent to divine id no later than 21 days before the event, using the template provided only.
Amendments and names changes will be accepted up to 5 days before the event without charge but depending on availability. Booking dates cannot be modified.
15 days before the event, unallocated rooms will be returned to the hotels and will be invoiced in full. No refund will be given regarding these rooms.
No show will be charged in full.
